  Stopped by yesterday evening for dinner with an out of town friend.  We gave her the choice of where to dine, and she selected Cristina's. As I wasn't too terribly hungry, I asked if a 1/2 order of fajita nachos would be possible even though not on the menu.  They were and I was impressed with the size of the serving.  If I am not mistaken, there were 8 nachos topped with melted cheese, refried beans, and, of course, steak fajita meat.  The nachos were excellent!  My wife ordered the brisket quesadillas, which she ate all of, our son selected the kids cheese nachos, which are chips with melted cheddar (not queso dipping sauce), and finally, our friend got the tamale dinner.  Everyone ate most if not all of their food.
  
  Service was quite attentive.  I was a bit surprised that even on a Friday evening at 630, there was not a wait to be seated.

  2nd time I stopped in at the bar for a quick drink & appetizer before my massage next door. 2nd time the server couldn't be bothered by greeting me, nor serving me.
  
  Came around bar to ask a couple of men if they wanted their second round. Glanced up at me, but didn't engage.  Walked out of the bar to the hostess stand. As he passed me, I asked if I could get a drink, he said he would be with me later.
  
  I had already been sitting there for 3 minutes and three people exited the kitchen/past bar/past me.
  
  I had to leave, just seemed really weird to serve the men seconds and not offer to serve me.  Even when I asked, after her passed by the second time, he didn't seem interested. Very disappointing.

  We went here the other night with the kids. It's definitely a kid friendly place, which is helpful always. My golden margarita was delicious, a little bit sweet for me, but refreshing nonetheless.  The food was fine. I mean, I would go back, but it was just good. Our server appeared to be slightly overwhelmed, I'm not sure if he was new or what. I would definitely go back in order to go somewhere casual and local with the kids.

  We came in w/ a group of 11 people at 5:30 today. I ordered the fajitas & apple pie for dessert & OMG the pie was amazing!! Every Mexican restaurant I go to, I always order the fajitas my first time there. The fajitas here were good. The chicken tasted fresh. The seasoning was good as well as the sauteed onions & other stuff. The rice & refried beans were also good.
  
  Other members of our group complained that our waiter did not good a good job w/ keeping their drinks refilled. For me personally, about 5 minutes passed b/t when I finished my drink & he brought a refill. The restaurant was not busy at that time, but a few people went to the bathroom & when they came back they said our waiter was at the bar watching the game. Look, I understand that there can be lull moments when you don't have a lot of tables, but don't let people at your tables see you standing by the bar watching the game when several people's drinks were empty!
  
  Don't get me wrong... the guy was definitely nice... great personality, but several people were not happy with the service. If you've got an 11-top, just make an effort to make sure their drinks cups are never empty!

  This is excellent Mexican food at an excellent price. The food and service are consistent. But this is a family place but it's great for a lunch date.
  We had the Gran Parrilada de Guadalajara - it was enough for us to share but I also added a side of veggies. Their guacamole is awesome - I wish I would've ordered an extra of that too. Mojitos and margaritas are very good as well. We've been here a couple times and will definitely be back.
